Organizer is perfect. It fits nicely into a kitchen drawer and works so well. I love the convenience it affords. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.The slide piece was broken when I opened the package to put together. After waiting to finally receive and use this product it comes broken in the box.The slides to cut slid off the boxAfter reading reviews of many of these organizers I was very hesitant to make this purchase.Why?They aren't really space savers. They take up the same amount of room, or even more, as the boxes the individual products come in.Many people have complained that the cutters don't work as well as they should.It seemed that it might be a solution for a non-existent problem.So why am I happy with this product?It's a time saver. I don't have to remove an individual box, open it, pull out the product, and then try to get an even cut.These cutters work MUCH better than the ones on the product boxes. USE TIP: To get a perfect cut, use your thumb and forefinger to hold the product down on the box and over the cutting track right in front of the cutter when making your cut. That way the cutter can't push the product away instead of cutting it, and you get a perfectly straight cut every time. Keep your fingers on the product until the cut is completed.I did this with foil, parchment paper, wax paper, and plastic wrap. Every cut was smooth, straight, and perfect.The sliding cover for where you insert the product rolls is not well fitted, so it's a bit sloppy to insert the wood cover and it doesn't move smoothly, but this is minor and only matters when putting in new rolls.Bottom line, the time savings and clean cuts more than make up for the lack of space savings, so I recommend this organizer if those issues matter to you.I hope this helps. The cutter works great and has no issue with cling wrap or foil.
