I like the way this product looks, the little hammer they send with it is useless. You have to put some muscle into making sure the pieces snap together correctly or it will fall apart. Directions aren’t super clear, but once you figure out one section it’s easy to assemble I like the flexibility of how many rows and columns I wanted to fit my space.Product is good. I did have a missing bag of connectors. So wasn't able to complete the set up. But can use most of the bins for mu shoes. Know to figure out how to complete it.Update: had to order addition connectors. But the my shoes are all happy in there new home.My husband put this together in about an hour. It did not come with instructions so it was tricky initially but common sense helped. I was concerned about sturdiness because of some of the reviews but I think if you make sure you push the pieces together until you hear the "pop" or "click" it will help. I am using this for shoes and it holds over 72 pairs. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.I got so tired of my husband just kicking his shoes in the closet. I decided not to put shoes in the closet anymore. I haven't had the opportunity to put my shoes or boots in it because It didn't have all the parts. All I need is Square panel S. I don't want to return it, just want the parts.
